Kaspira Consultancy is an officially registered Kyrgyz company that recruits candidates from India, Pakistan, the Gulf states, Europe, China and East Asia and places them in jobs in Kyrgyzstan.
We provide visa and document support, registration and onboarding support, manpower supply, job placement and employment consultancy. The same legal entity also handles employment in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia. Our approach is simple: prepare documents properly, match people to genuine roles, and be honest about costs, timelines and what can and cannot be guaranteed.
We are registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and our registration can be verified independently in the state registry.
